Return Window

30 Days

You may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns requested after 30 days will not be accepted and no refund will be issued.

The 30-day window starts from the date your order is marked as delivered by our courier partner, not the order date.

Eligibility for Returns

All Items

To be accepted for return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • Item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • All original tags and labels are intact and still attached
  • Item is in its original packaging
  • Item is not part of a sale or discounted promotion (unless defective)
  • Item does not fall under a non-returnable category

Non-Returnable Items

Not Eligible

The following items are strictly non-returnable under any circumstances:

  • Innerwear, lingerie, and swimwear (hygiene reasons)
  • Customised or personalised orders
  • Gift cards and store vouchers
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase

Exchanges

Free

We offer free size and colour exchanges within the 30-day return window, subject to stock availability. If the desired variant is unavailable, we will issue a full store credit or refund — your choice.

Exchange requests are processed in 3–5 business days once we receive the original item in acceptable condition.

Damaged or Defective Items

Report in 48 hrs

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs showing the damage or defect
  • A brief description of the issue

We will arrange a free pickup and send you a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Our team will verify your request and issue a return authorisation within 24–48 hours.

Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags still attached.

Drop off the parcel or schedule a pickup as instructed by our team.

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange is processed within 5–7 business days.

Refund Processing

Once your return is approved and the item is received, refunds are processed to your original payment method:

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

  • Defective, damaged, or wrong item: Aavari covers all return shipping costs and arranges a free pickup.
  • Size exchange or change of mind: Return shipping charges are borne by the customer.
